Job summary

Graton Resort & Casino seeks an HR Representative to greet guests and support HR operations in our busy office. You will assist with guest needs, process documents, and coordinate with payroll, benefits, and recruitment teams.

This role emphasizes service, confidentiality, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. You will handle badge issuance, ADP data entry, and HR communications while maintaining a friendly, professional demeanor.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management in both written and verbal form.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must have basic computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Service-oriented demeanor and ability to relate well with a wide variety of people.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Must be flexible and able to handle tasks and establish priorities effectively.
• Ability to work independently utilizing critical thinking skills and exercise good decision-making without direct supervision.
• Timely follow-through and attention to detail on all projects with excellent organizational and multi tasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Redefine hospitality at Graton Resort & Casino while living, supporting, and promoting our values.
• Answer incoming calls and partner with correct resource to provide information to guest.
• Assist all guests when they visit Human Resources and partner with correct resource to provide information to guest.
• Issue badges for Team Members, Vendors, TGC and FIGR.
• Assist Team Members with navigating and entering personal information in ADP.
• Assist Recruiting with Open House applicants and candidates scheduled for interviews.
• Assist Team Members with uploading documents in ADP. This includes: benefits and leave documents and licenses and certifications.
• Assist Team Members with shift swaps in ADP.
• Assist Engagement with Team Member sign-ups for events and raffles.
• Process resignation letters, PTO pay off and tuition reimbursement forms.
• Verify Form I-9 documentation and resolve E-Verify issues.
• Process licenses and certifications in ADP.
• Communicate anniversary gift process.
• Run reports as directed.
• Collect and upload all job descriptions in ADP.
• Sort and distribute mail.
• Mail out First Five Parent Program Kits to new parents as directed from Benefits.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and submit order requests to HR Manager.
• Perform other projects as assigned.
