AppsFlyer is seeking an HR Growth Partner to join our team in Bengaluru, India. You will be a strategic HR advisor to senior leaders across SEA, shaping people initiatives and ensuring compliance with local laws.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in HR Growth Partner or similar HR leadership roles.
• Proven track record advising senior management on HR best practices.
• Deep knowledge of India labor law, compensation & benefits, compliance.
• Cross-cultural experience with SEA/APAC leadership.
• Self-starter with a proactive, data-driven mindset and ability to influence.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities across time zones; willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted HR advisor to stakeholders in the SEA region with coaching and guidance.
• Identify people issues and trends; partner with stakeholders to design and implement solutions.
• Manage core HR processes: performance reviews, promotions, relocations, talent mapping, C&B; identify training needs.
• Oversee employee data management, reporting, and compliance with country laws.
• Contribute to APAC employment experience aligned with AppsFlyer values to engage candidates and employees.
