Job summary

Milwaukee Area Technical College is seeking a Human Resources Generalist for the Training & Development department. You will manage training logistics, facilitate new employee orientations, and ensure timely onboarding and compliance tracking while collaborating with HR leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of experience in an HR role.
• Experience in talent acquisition and HR administration.
• Ability to establish effective work relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end training workshop logistics.
• Facilitate New Employee Orientation program.
• Coordinate onboarding for new employees with HR and IT.
• Oversee database administration and compliance tracking.
• Coordinate HR-led events logistics.
