You will coordinate recruitment efforts, assist with onboarding, and advise on hiring procedures while maintaining consistent policy interpretation.

The role emphasizes teamwork, attention to detail, and effective communication across the organization, including support for special events and safety initiatives.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Human Resources.
• Hands-on training and coaching experience.
• Strong communication skills and data interpretation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, diverse environment.
• Reads, writes and understands English proficiently.

Responsibilities

• Assist and observe in training programs to ensure compliance with practices and laws.
• Coordinate mandatory harassment and safety training; arrange classes.
• Maintain HR records, documentation, reporting and safety investigations.
• Support HR Manager and ensure fair, compliant employment processes.
• Manage requisitions, recruit with managers and use ads/internet for sourcing.
• Coordinate career fairs, screen applications, check references, and notify applicants.
