• Serve as a first point of contact for employee concerns and advise on leaves and policies.
• Maintain accurate employee records using ADP software and ensure data integrity.
• Support onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle processes.
• Conduct exit interviews and provide actionable recommendations.
• Gather and analyze HR metrics such as time to hire and turnover.
• Ensure job descriptions are current for all positions.
• Assist with benefits administration, payroll coordination, and HR transactions through ADP.
• Serve as a point of contact for employee HR questions and support.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, employment laws, and HR best practices.
• Assist with performance management processes, employee documentation, and HR reporting.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and HR projects as needed.
