Job summary

Blackhawk Bank & Trust is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support recruitment, performance management, succession planning, and employee relations across the organization. This role partners with department leaders to align HR programs with strategic goals and foster a compliant, high-performing workplace culture.

You will manage end-to-end recruitment, assist with training and development, monitor performance trends, and support HR compliance with FMLA, ADA, and EEO requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 3–5 years of progressive HR experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with department leaders to identify workforce needs and recruitment priorities.
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies and manage end-to-end hiring.
• Train and support managers in performance expectations and evaluations.
• Monitor performance trends and support development and succession planning.
• Ensure HR policies compliance with FMLA, ADA, EEO and related laws.
• Maintain employee data in UKG HRMS and support engagement initiatives.
