Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR management or related field.
• At least three years of HR Generalist or HR Specialist experience.
• Proficiency in at least three HR disciplines (employee relations, performance management, employment law, policy interpretations, talent acquisition, HRIS/HCM, payroll administration, compensation and benefits, leave management).

Responsibilities

• Supports a positive employee experience across the full lifecycle with guidance on HR programs.
• Manages recruitment, onboarding, total rewards, compliance and employee relations.
• Acts as primary contact for assigned locations, coaching leaders on performance and policy.
