You will ensure compliance with regulations and policies while supporting HR programs and continuous improvement initiatives. The role emphasizes relationship-building, discretion, and effective stakeholder management.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in an HR Generalist or similar HR role.
• Solid understanding of HR practices, employment legislation, and employee relations principles.
• Experience with HRIS platforms; Workday is a plus.
• Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism, accuracy, and discretion.

• Support end-to-end HR activities across recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
• Assist with performance management, goal setting, and development planning.
• Maintain accurate employee records and data integrity in HR systems.
• Provide guidance on HR policies, processes, and best practices to employees and managers.
• Support payroll, benefits, and HR transactions as needed.
• Contribute to HR programs, training, and continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring compliance with regulations.
