Job summary

Hitachi Energy is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support people and business objectives across HR activities. In this collaborative role, you will administer HR programs, onboarding, offboarding, and performance management, plus provide recruitment support and maintain HR records with confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR Generalist or similar HR role.
• Knowledge of HR practices, employment legislation, and employee relations.

Responsibilities

• Administer HR programs, policies, and lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, and performance management.
• Serve as a point of contact for employee HR questions and support requests.
• Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems with data confidentiality.
• Support recruitment activities including postings, interviews, background checks, and offers.
• Facilitate new hire orientation and onboarding experience.

Your background

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Knowledge of HR practices, employment legislation, and employee relations principles.

• Experience working with HRIS platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar systems.

• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
