Qualifications

• Minimum of three years in recruitment and employee relations.
• Knowledge across HR disciplines including compensation, performance, diversity, and employment laws.
• SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP/PHR/SPHR certification preferred.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems.

Responsibilities

• Supports HR management with recruitment plans and strategies and hires top talent.
• Coordinates onboarding for new hires and contractors with hiring managers.
• Assists with development and administration of HR programs, procedures, and guidelines.
• Maintains HRIS records and generates standard/ad-hoc reports.
