• Manage full recruitment lifecycle from planning to onboarding.
• Partner with managers to create and update job descriptions.
• Develop interview guides ensuring compliant practices.
• Coordinate onboarding and new-employee orientation.
• Assist with benefits renewals and employee records.
• Monitor employment law compliance and policy updates.
• Support special HR projects and events.
