Latham Centers, Inc. is seeking an enthusiastic HR Generalist to join our Human Resources team in Yarmouth Port, MA. You will focus on recruitment, onboarding, and benefits administration, while backing up benefits and contributing to HR reporting and process improvements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• HR recruiting/generalist experience preferred.
• 1+ year administrative/office support experience, preferably within a professional environment.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Requires a high level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy, compliance, and quality in documentation and daily tasks.

Responsibilities

• Head hunting candidates from online resume databases and resources.
• Coordinate and participate in job fairs.
• Receive and maintain job requisitions via the Paycor system.
• Create and post new job postings on Paycor and job boards after requisition approval.
• Identify and post positions on appropriate online job posting sites.
• Prepare correspondence to applicants/new hires.
• Complete pre-employment and onboarding forms with new hires and track documents.
• Run Motor Vehicle Record checks.
• Onboard temporary/contract staff and complete required paperwork.
• Obtain and file reference checks for new hires.
• Support HR projects, initiatives, and benefits administration.
• Provide administrative support for employee engagement and recognition initiatives.
• Act as main HR contact for inquiries.
