Job summary

Regal Rexnord Corp in Arlington, Texas, is launching a new manufacturing facility and seeks a Recruiter / HR Generalist to build the workforce, support onboarding, and cultivate a strong culture. You will partner with site leadership to attract talent and implement HR initiatives in a startup-like environment within an established global organization.

The role focuses on talent acquisition for hourly colleagues, employee engagement, and workforce planning, while maintaining HR records and

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field, or equivalent experience.
3+ years of recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR experience.
Experience supporting manufacturing, industrial, logistics, or operations environments preferred.
Strong sourcing and recruiting skills.
Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel.
Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Lead full-cycle recruiting for hourly positions.
Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop recruiting strategies.
Source, screen, interview, and coordinate candidates through the hiring process.
Create a positive candidate experience from first contact through onboarding.
Organize and support hiring events, recruiting campaigns, and community outreach.
