Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking a Recruiter/HR Generalist to build the team for our Arlington manufacturing facility. This onsite role focuses on attracting top talent, onboarding, and culture-building in a fast-growing environment.

You will partner with site leadership to develop recruiting strategies, support onboarding, and drive engagement as the team scales. A bachelor's in HR or related field and 3+ years of experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR experience.
• Experience supporting manufacturing, industrial, logistics, or operations environments preferred.
• Strong sourcing and recruiting skills.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel.
• Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Position Summary

Reporting to the HR Manager, the Recruiter / HR Generalist will lead recruiting efforts while supporting key HR initiatives for the Arlington team. This role will focus on attracting top talent, supporting onboarding, building community partnerships, enhancing employee engagement, and helping leaders create a high-performing workforce.

The ideal candidate is energized by recruiting, enjoys building relationships, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is excited about helping grow a new manufacturing operation from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for hourly positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop recruiting strategies.
• Source, screen, interview, and coordinate candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Create a positive candidate experience from first contact through onboarding.
• Organize and support hiring events, recruiting campaigns, and community outreach activities.
• Build talent pipelines through networking, referrals, schools, and workforce development partners.

Human Resources Support

• Coordinate onboarding and new hire orientation activities.
• Support employee engagement, recognition, communication, and culture-building initiatives.
• Support training coordination, employee development initiatives, and workforce planning efforts.
• Maintain employee and recruiting records within HR systems.

Reporting & Continuous Improvement

• Track recruiting metrics and workforce trends.
• Create reports and dashboards to support hiring and workforce planning decisions.
• Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes and employee experience.
• Support special projects and site initiatives as the facility continues to grow.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR experience.
• Experience supporting manufacturing, industrial, logistics, or operations environments preferred.
• Strong sourcing and recruiting skills.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel.
• Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Manufacturing startup or greenfield facility experience.
• Experience with Workday, Power BI, SharePoint, or similar systems.
• SHRM or PHR certification.
• Bilingual English/Spanish.
