Job summary

DB Services is a boutique HR recruitment and technology partner in Indianapolis, delivering FileMaker, Salesforce, and AWS aligned staffing and consulting services. We partner with organizations to build strong talent acquisition and HR programs that foster efficiency and growth.

We are seeking a motivated recruiting professional to support our two brands, drive the full recruiting lifecycle, coordinate hiring with executive leadership, and ensure policy compliance across multiple jurisdictions.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or related field.
• 3+ years related work experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Leadership, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
• Strong empathy and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent time management skills with proven deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with organizational skills.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced technical environment.
• Experience with payroll platforms (ADP preferred).
• Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (Zoho Recruit preferred).
• Ability to partner with senior leadership on HR policy and legal matters.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting across roles with full lifecycle responsibilities.
• Maintain and administer Zoho Recruit system and postings.
• Collaborate with management to define skills and competencies for openings.
• Advise executive leadership on HR policy and legal matters.
• Manage job description documentation across the organization.
• Develop external partnerships with educational institutions and industry groups.
• Leverage AI tools to improve HR workflow, including drafting documents.
• Design and implement policy development and regulatory compliance programs.
• Support employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and culture retention.
• Handle multi-state employer registrations, tax accounts, and employment law compliance.
