Ferguson Enterprises, Inc. in Fulton, MS is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support the Pipe Yard & Fabrication Team and drive associate engagement, leadership development, and workforce planning in a fast-moving manufacturing setting.

This onsite role collaborates with site leadership, conducts policy guidance, investigates workplace issues, and promotes a safety-focused culture while ensuring compliant HR practices across hourly and exempt staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of two years in HR, preferably in manufacturing or operations.
• Strong business acumen with ability to balance operational and compliance needs.
• Knowledge of employment laws and HR guidelines.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication.
• Ability to build partnerships with hourly associates and leadership.
• Solid problem-solving, organizational, and planning abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assess gaps and opportunities for improvement in HR policies, programs, and processes; implement effective solutions.
• Collaborate with site leadership to support associate engagement, retention, leadership development, and workforce planning.
• Analyze, prepare, and maintain HR metrics and reporting for leadership, including turnover and engagement.
• Support recruiting, onboarding, and talent resource coordination to meet staffing needs.
• Assist in developing and delivering training programs for managers and associates on HR policies and safety expectations.
• Coach leaders on workplace relations, performance management, and talent development strategies.
• Partner with EHS and operations to reinforce a strong safety culture.
• Coordinate HR audits and compliance activities; ensure proper documentation and timely resolution.
• Support change management and organizational initiatives within a manufacturing environment.
• Build trusted relationships across all levels to promote an inclusive, high-performance culture.
