SGS Consulting in Austin, TX is seeking an HR Generalist to lead hiring and contractor conversion efforts, ensuring continuity of workforce. You will support employee development, implement talent strategies, and drive learning initiatives across the site.

As part of the team, you will champion DEI, coordinate with functions to provide resources, and foster strong employee engagement while collaborating with line and unit managers on workforce solutions.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Management, or related discipline with 2+ years HR generalist experience.
• Domestic mobility required; international mobility a plus.
• Strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills in a manufacturing setting.
• Proficiency in Excel and ability to analyze data using digital systems.

Responsabilidades

• Lead employee hiring and contractor conversions to ensure workforce continuity.
• Contribute to employees' development and support talent strategy across the site.
• Facilitate and lead learning initiatives across the site and with other functions.
• Lead DEI initiatives and committee activities at the site; support employer branding.
• Engage employees, drive recognition programs, and collaborate with managers on workforce solutions.
