Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in HR management or related field preferred.
• Minimum of two years of related Human Resources experience.
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
• Experience with policy review and creation.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment screening (background and drug).
• Professional demeanor and appearance.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Must be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with ADP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor HR metrics (e.g., turnover, time-to-hire, cost-per-hire).
• Ensure employees' requests and grievances are handled professionally.
• Maintain HR procedures that comply with labor regulations.
• Conduct employee investigations and disciplinary actions.
• Recommend, prepare, and assist in administration of corrective actions.
• Enforce and assist in development of company policies.
• Maintain accurate records with reports and audits.
• Other duties to be determined by management.
