Responsibilities

  • Handle employees' requests and grievances with professionalism and discretion.
  • Maintain HR procedures that comply with labor regulations.
  • Conduct employee investigations and disciplinary actions (interviews, materials review).
  • Recommend and assist in administration of corrective actions.
  • Enforce and assist in development of company policies.
  • Maintain accurate records of employees with reports and audits.
  • Other duties as determined by management.
