Job summary

Marksman Security Corporation in Atlanta is seeking a dynamic HR Generalist to join our team and manage the employee lifecycle for our security officers. This role focuses on recruiting, onboarding, and ongoing HR support to ensure safety and compliance.

You will monitor HR metrics, handle employee requests, investigate issues, and help develop policies in a fast-paced environment. A degree in HR is preferred, with at least two years of HR experience; ADP experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Master's or bachelor’s degree in HR or related field preferred.
• Minimum of two years of HR experience.
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
• Experience with policy review and creation.
• Must pass pre-employment screening (background and drug).
• Excellent communication and professional demeanor.
• ADP experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor HR metrics (turnover rates, time-to-hire, and cost-per-hire).
• Handle employees' requests and grievances with professionalism and discretion.
• Maintain HR procedures that comply with labor regulations.
• Conduct employee investigations and disciplinary actions, including interviews and reviewing materials.
• Recommend, prepare, and assist in administration of corrective actions.
• Enforce and assist in development of company policies.
• Maintain accurate records with reports and audits.
• Other duties to be determined by management.

• Ensure employees' requests and grievances are handled in a timely manner with professionalism and discretion
• Maintain HR procedures that comply with labor regulations
• Conduct employee investigations and investigate disciplinary actions, including but not limited to, interviewing witnesses and reviewing pertinent materials
• Recommend, prepare, and as appropriate, assist in the administration of corrective actions
• Enforce and assist in the development of company policies
• Maintain accurate records of employees with the use of reports and audits
• Other dues to be determined by management

Qualifications:

• Master's/bachelor's degree in human resource management or related field preferred
• Minimum of two years of related Human Resources experience
