Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent combination of education and relevant experience considered.
• 4+ years of recruiting experience.
• Proven sourcing and relationship-building skills.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and employee relations.
• Proficiency with MS Office tools; detail-oriented and organized.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles, focusing on local and regional hiring.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and planning.
• Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies and pipelines.
• Source candidates via job boards, community outreach, colleges, and partnerships.
• Screen, interview, and provide hiring recommendations; coordinate interviews and offers.
• Manage postings, ATS, and pre-employment steps (background checks, drug screens).
• Support onboarding, HR administration, and back-up HR tasks as needed.
• Assist with policy updates, compliance tracking, and HR reporting.
