Job summary

AUTOKINITON in Milan seeks a Human Resources Generalist to support a three-person HR team, handling recruitment, onboarding, compliance, benefits, training, HRIS, reporting, performance reviews, safety, and workers’ compensation.

The ideal candidate holds a 4-year degree in HR/Business and 5–7 years of progressive HR generalist experience, preferably in manufacturing, with strong employment-law knowledge and multitasking abilities.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
• 5–7 years progressive HR Generalist experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state/local laws and company policies.
• Administer benefits programs and open enrollment.
• Coordinate training, LMS usage, and development initiatives.
• Maintain HRIS records and generate reports for leadership.
• Support performance management processes and coaching for managers.
• Collaborate on safety, workers’ compensation, and return-to-work programs.
• Lead or participate in HR projects aligned with Milan facility goals.
