Qualifications

• Knowledge of employment laws; commitment to ongoing professional development.
• Understanding of Affidative Action and its role in supporting an inclusive workplace.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a vehicle as needed.
• Pursue HR certification such as PHR or SHRM-CP.

Responsibilities

• Serve as HR generalist across HRIS & HR technology, payroll reports, audits, and data integrity.
• Support background checks, new hire orientations, and onboarding.
• Participate in compensation surveys and job description updates.
• Collaborate with managers on employee relations, performance, attendance, and training.
• Assist with recruiting: job descriptions, candidate screening, interviews, and offer letters.
• Maintain ATS records and ensure smooth onboarding with cross‑functional teams.
