Responsibilities

• Lead the talent acquisition and hiring process, including scheduling interviews, onboarding, and posting ads.
• Maintain employee records and update HRIS with changes.
• Prepare reports such as PTO and attendance.
• Assist with administration of employee benefits.
• Monitor orientation period and ensure performance reviews and training are completed.
• Serve as a resource to address HR inquiries and resolve issues.
• Coordinate planning of employee engagement initiatives.
• Support payroll-related reporting and reimbursements.
