Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
• 2+ years of relevant Human Resources experience including recruiting and employee relations.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and procedures, with the ability to continually improve them.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving; outstanding customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication and time management skills.
• Ability to initiate and prioritize multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work under pressure in a fast-paced, decision-minded, high-growth, and changing environment.
• Motivated, confident self-starter who can navigate and lead through change.
• Ability to work across multiple HR functions daily and with multiple departments and skill sets.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle highly sensitive situations under difficult circumstances.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and implement all phases of the recruitment process.
• Draft accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria with managers.
• Manage job postings, screen applications, and select qualified candidates.
• Schedule interviews and participate with hiring managers.
• Onboard new hires and complete paperwork.
• Source candidates through online channels and networks.
• Represent the company at high school and college job fairs.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
• Partner with leadership to foster a high-performance culture emphasizing safety, trust, teamwork.
• Provide coaching to managers on employee relations, policy interpretation, and talent management.
• Serve as a resource on day-to-day HR issues and ensure consistent practices.
• Consult with leaders to develop engagement and retention strategies.
• Provide day-to-day HR support to strengthen relations and engagement.
