Job summary

Gate Gourmet in Boston seeks an HR partner to act as a business partner to supervisors, department managers, and the General Manager. The role focuses on aligning HR programs with business objectives and driving workforce initiatives in a fast-paced flight kitchen environment.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of HR generalist experience, with preference for experience in transportation, hospitality, manufacturing, or food service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least 2 years of experience in a human resources generalist role.
• Experience in transportation, hospitality, manufacturing or food service is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Partner with management to understand business objectives and HR needs.
• Implement strategies to improve retention and HR programs.
• Drive division-wide HR strategy, programs, and processes within the unit.
• Collaborate with operations and training to identify training needs and content.
