gpac has partnered with a growing manufacturing company seeking an HR Generalist. This is an opportunity for an approachable, organized HR professional who enjoys supporting employees and working closely with leadership.

Responsibilities include supporting daily HR operations, coordinating recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, payroll coordination, and training, while ensuring policy consistency and a strong employee experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of human resources experience.
• Experience as an HR Generalist, HR Specialist, or in a similar HR role.
• Manufacturing or industrial experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support daily HR operations and serve as a resource for employee questions.
• Coordinate recruiting, interviews, onboarding, and new hire orientation.
• Assist with employee relations and help resolve workplace concerns.
• Support benefits administration, payroll coordination, and timekeeping.
• Assist with performance reviews, employee development, and training.
• Communicate and administer company policies consistently.
