Job summary

Ingersoll Rand is seeking a dynamic HR Generalist to join their Process Flow Technologies North America HR team in Quincy, IL. This role supports the full employee lifecycle, collaborating with senior HR to drive strategic initiatives that enhance employee engagement and experience.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of HR experience and demonstrate strong problem-solving, communication, and relationship building skills. A bachelor's degree in Human Resources is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Human Resources.

Responsibilities

• Support the full employee lifecycle ensuring positive employee experience.
• Design and enhance on-site employee engagement programs.
• Plan and execute community partnerships and charitable efforts.
• Process payroll transactions in alignment with schedules.
• Coordinate offboarding activities for exiting team members.
• Act as employee advocate through effective relations.
