Moffat County School District RE-1 is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support a range of HR functions and initiatives. The role focuses on delivering a positive employee experience across recruitment, onboarding, and policy guidance, with an emphasis on compliance and district standards.

The successful candidate will have a background in HR, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic school district environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Human Resources or related field.
• 2+ years HR experience preferred.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide support for the hiring of district staff, including requisitions and postings.
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and screening processes.
• Manage employee relations and guide on HR policies and procedures.
• Coordinate training and development programs for staff.
• Ensure compliance with laws and district policies through audits and reporting.
