Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field with 2 years HR Generalist experience, or 5 years HR Generalist experience in lieu of a degree.
• Knowledge of ADP or other HRIS including payroll and benefits modules.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Knowledge of labor laws, wage and hour, payroll, and benefits regulations (EEOC).

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment including postings, interviews, offers, and onboarding with compliant documentation.
• Conduct new-employee orientation and maintain ADP records.
• Backup payroll processing for salaried and hourly staff.
• Backup benefits enrollment and administration with carriers.
• Manage ADP data, run reports on applicants, demographics, wages, and time.
• Coordinate annual training program and track completion.
• Assist with EEO-1, affirmative action, OSHA Form 300, Form 5500 reports.
