Qualifications

• 3–5 years of broad human resources experience preferred.
• Strong full-cycle recruiting and onboarding experience required.
• Experience with employee relations, benefits administration and HR compliance.
• Multi-state HR experience preferred.
• HRIS experience required; Paycom experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for positions across company locations, including job postings, sourcing, applicant screening, interviews and coordination with hiring managers.
• Manage the offer and pre-employment process, including background requirements, drug testing and other position-specific requirements.
• Coordinate and conduct new-hire onboarding and orientation and ensure all required employment documentation is completed.
• Maintain communication with new hires and managers throughout the hiring and onboarding process.
• Serve as a day-to-day HR resource for employees and managers.
• Assist management with employee relations, performance concerns, disciplinary actions, investigations and terminations.
• Administer employee benefits, including new-hire enrollment, qualifying life events, employee questions and annual open enrollment.
• Assist with 401(k) administration and employee enrollment matters.
• Coordinate workers’ compensation claims, unemployment claims and related documentation.
• Administer employee leaves and other time-off matters.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HRIS information.
• Support compliance with federal, state and local employment laws and company policies across multiple states.
• Prepare employment verifications, personnel documentation and HR correspondence.
• Assist with audits, policy administration, reporting and other HR projects.
• Partner with managers throughout the company on staffing and employee-related needs.
