Qualifications

• Undergrad degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field
• 2–5 years of progressive generalist HR experience
• Experience with HR information systems and MS Office
• HR certifications preferred (SHRM, HRCI)

Responsibilities

• Administer recruitment process for various positions
• Coordinate job postings, interviews, and onboarding
• Coach managers on interview processes and candidate selection
• Manage onboarding and ensure positive new-hire experience
• Process payroll and respond to payroll inquiries
• Maintain employee records and handle status changes
• Prepare EEO/AAP reporting documents and HR reports
• Administer benefits enrollment and coordinate FMLA/STD programs
• Manage LOA processes and return-to-work dates
• Communicate HR programs and corporate initiatives to staff
• Provide guidance on policies, laws, and confidentiality
• Assist learning management system administration and HRIS data
• Process HR-related invoices
• Maintain confidentiality and support special HR projects
• Conduct HR best-practice research and process improvements
