Oak Farms Dairy is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support HR programs and policies under the direction of an HR manager. You will administer activities related to recruiting, payroll, and benefits, maintain records, and provide excellent service to employees and leadership.

Qualifikationen

• Undergraduate degree in HR, business, or related discipline.
• 2–5 years of progressive generalist HR experience.
• Experience with HR information systems and Microsoft Office.
• HR certifications preferred (SHRM, HRCI).

Aufgaben

• Administer recruitment for non-exempt/exempt roles and coordinate onboarding.
• Manage payroll processes and respond to payroll inquiries.
• Prepare EEO/AAP reports and HR dashboards.
• Administer benefits enrollment and coordinate FMLA/STD programs.
• Maintain HR records and handle confidential information.
• Support learning management system and HRIS data uploads.
• Provide guidance on company policies and employment law.
