Job summary

Jericho Road Community Health Center is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to join the Barton/Breckenridge Campus in Buffalo. This full-time exempt role reports to the HR Manager and travels between locations. Primary duties include lifecycle recruitment, new hire orientation, and focusing on employee wellbeing and experience.

The position emphasizes developing efficient HRIS processes and engaging stakeholders to support the mission of equitable health care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field.
• Minimum 5 years HR experience with 2+ years in leadership.
• Lifecycle recruitment and onboarding experience required.
• Experience with HRIS and process improvement desired.

Responsibilities

• Assess and improve recruitment processes to meet objectives.
• Oversee lifecycle recruitment from sourcing to offer.
• Formalize new hire orientation program and onboarding.
• Support employee wellbeing, engagement and experience.
