• Process biweekly payroll and resolve discrepancies with Finance.
• Administer benefits programs and handle open enrollment.
• Manage FMLA/leave programs and maintain HRIS data.
• Coordinate background checks and new-hire onboarding.
• Support employee relations, HR training, and compliance.
