Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Milwaukee is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to provide broad HR support across recruitment, payroll, benefits, HR systems, and employee communications. This in-office role partners with the Director of HR and program leaders to support staffing needs and strengthen our employee experience in southeast Wisconsin.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field.
• 2–5 years of HR or recruitment experience.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and HRIS preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR Administrative Support: day-to-day HR records, communications, projects, events.
• Partner Across Core HR Functions: collaborate on payroll, benefits, relations, recruitment.
• Administer Payroll and Benefits: payroll processing, enrollment changes, vendor coordination.
• Coordinate Recruitment and Candidate Pipelines: post opportunities, screen, interview, onboard.
• Strengthen External Partnerships: build relationships with schools and community partners.
