Job summary

Franklin International, a leading manufacturer of adhesives, coatings, and sealants, seeks a Human Resource Generalist in Columbus, Ohio. You will recruit for union and non-union roles, guide candidates and managers, and support onboarding and socialization into the workforce.

This role also handles HR program administration and serves as a key contact for employees and applicants. We value strong communication and organizational skills, experience with HRIS/ATS, and familiarity with HR

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in HR preferred with 4–6 years HR and recruiting experience.
• Alternatively, a BS in another field with 5–8 years HR/recruiting experience.
• Hourly manufacturing recruiting in union environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruiting for union and non-union positions from posting to onboarding.
• Guide applicants and managers through the recruiting process and onboarding.
• Serve as HR generalist and point of contact for questions and concerns.
• Support administration of HR programs as needed.
• Maintain high levels of employee and candidate satisfaction.
• Assist with orientation, 30-60-90 reviews, and training progress.
