This position is responsible for support and administration of HR programs as needed with particular emphasis on front desk responsibilities such as assisting employees with walk up problems. Other duties may include filing, database management and providing backup support to Switchboard Receptionist.
High school diploma/GED and 2 years of HR experience or 5-8 years of office administration experience required or actively pursuing a degree in Human Resources. Computer literacy and Microsoft Office experience required. Comfortable with face-to-face interactions and communicates professionally. Knowledge and experience with an HCM, especially Dayforce, is a plus. Exposure to recruiting is preferred.
