Job summary

Auberle in McKeesport, PA is seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist (Full-Time) to lead recruiting and onboarding end-to-end. The role supports about 250 employees, reports to the HR Manager, and covers compensation, benefits, and leave in addition to talent development.

You will build structured sourcing strategies, coach managers on hiring practices, and automate HRIS tasks in Paycom while coordinating group orientation events in collaboration with the HR team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent combination of education and progressive HR experience).
• 5+ years of progressive human resources experience, with a minimum of 3 years in generalist, specialist, or business partner capacity.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations (FMLA, ADA, ACA, FLSA, ERISA).
• Experience with HRIS platforms; Paycom preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own recruiting and onboarding end to end, including leading group orientation events.
• Support compensation, benefits, and leave; handle disciplinary matters and investigations.
• Develop sourcing strategies and coach managers on hiring best practices.
• Utilize HRIS (Paycom) to streamline information flow and transparency across recruiting and onboarding.
