Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resource management, business, or related field.
• 4+ years of relevant HR experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day recruiting activities, including posting positions, screening candidates, extending offers, and onboarding support.
• Draft job postings and coordinate approvals with hiring managers using ATS.
• Create offer letters, memos, and labor certifications.
• Process new hires, I-9 documentation, and E-Verify requirements.
• Assist benefits administration and respond to HR inquiries.
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with employment laws.
