Job summary

RSI is seeking an HR Generalist to support the HR function, focusing on recruiting and benefits. Based in Grand Junction, CO, this role handles recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and benefits administration to maintain a skilled workforce in line with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Essentials include a bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, 4+ years of HR experience, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field.
Minimum of 4 years of HR experience.
Valid Driver’s License.
Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day recruiting activities, including posting positions, screening candidates, extending offers, and onboarding support.
Draft job postings and coordinate approvals with hiring managers using ATS.
Create offer letters, promotion memos, labor certifications, and other employment documents.
Support onboarding activities, including I-9 documentation and E-Verify for designated locations.
Maintain confidentiality of employee information and ensure policy compliance.
Create and process employee data change forms and other personnel actions.
Respond to inquiries regarding recruiting, benefits, HR processes and day-to-day activities.
Assist employees with benefits questions, enrollments, and events.
