Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS; knowledge of employment laws advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR support in employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, benefits, training, and policy compliance.
• Support labor relations and collaborate with plant leadership and union representatives.
• Coordinate recruitment for hourly positions: post openings, review applications, interview candidates.
