Job summary

AlphaGraphics Idaho Falls is seeking an HR Generalist to provide accurate, responsive HR support across locations, managing onboarding, records, benefits, leave, performance, and compliance while partnering with the CHRO and leaders on recruiting strategies. This role emphasizes HR operations, employee relations, and data integrity in a fast-paced environment.

Travel up to 25% is required; you will support multiple sites including Lindon, UT, with a focus on service-oriented HR, HRIS accuracy,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or related field.
• At least two years of broad HR, people-operations, recruiting, payroll/benefits support, or employee-relations experience.
• Ability to travel periodically among assigned locations and handle confidential data.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for questions on policies, pay, benefits, leave, and HR procedures.
• Process hires, transfers, promotions, leaves, and separations using HRIS and process flows.
• Audit files, postings, and training, and support onboarding and I-9 processes.
