Job summary

The Home Depot in Dallas, TX is seeking an HR professional to execute plans and programs, interpret company policies and laws, and support staffing, compensation, training, and employee relations at the local level.

You will collaborate with management to administer the Corrective Action process, respond to unemployment claims, deliver training, and analyze HR reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications

• Must be eighteen years of age or older.
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Resolve general Associate Relations issues and conduct investigations/fact finding.
• Assist with unemployment claim information and hearings.
• Identify breaches of culture/values and provide policy guidance.
• Assist in communication and enrollment of benefits programs.
• Analyze HR reports to identify opportunities and trends; propose action plans.
• Assist HRIS program related training and transaction support.
• Support training initiatives and assist HRM in delivering training.
• Assist in the selection of leadership positions.
