Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or four years of HR-related experience preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
• Extensive knowledge of employment law and its practical application.
• Proven skills in Performance Management, Training Management, and Conflict Resolution.
• Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Implements HR programs including staffing, compensation, benefits, training, records management, employee relations and retention.
• Analyzes information and recommends HR solutions.
• Improves manager and employee performance by identifying issues and coaching.
• Facilitates onboarding and retention plans for new hires.
• Prepares reports by collecting and summarizing data.
• Maintains accuracy of HR and Payroll systems (Infinium).
• Manages apprenticeship programs per guidelines for each dept.
• Updates job knowledge by participating in education and professional orgs.
• Completes special projects as assigned by HR manager.
