Qualifications

• Master's or Bachelor's in HR or related field.
• Minimum 2 years HR experience.
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
• Experience with policy review and creation.
• Background check and pre-employment drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Monitor HR metrics such as turnover rates, time-to-hire, and cost-per-hire.
• Handle employees' requests and grievances professionally and discreetly.
• Maintain HR procedures that comply with labor regulations.
• Conduct employee investigations and disciplinary actions, including interviewing witnesses and reviewing materials.
• Recommend, prepare and, as appropriate, assist in administering corrective actions.
• Enforce and assist in developing company policies.
• Maintain accurate employee records with reports and audits.
• Other duties to be determined by management.

• Ensure employees' requests and grievances are handled in a timely manner with professionalism and discretion
• Maintain HR procedures that comply with labor regulations
• Conduct employee investigations and investigate disciplinary actions, including but not limited to, interviewing witnesses and reviewing pertinent materials
• Recommend, prepare, and as appropriate, assist in the administration of corrective actions

• Maintain accurate records of employees with the use of reports and audits

Qualifications:

• Master's/bachelor’s degree in human resource management or related field preferred
• Minimum of two years of related Human Resources experience
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
• Experience with policy review and creation
• Must be able to pass pre-employment screening (background and drug)
• Professional demeanor and appearance
• Excellent computer skills
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

• Must be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
