Job summary

Pinnacle Propane is hiring a Human Resources Generalist in Irving, TX. The role supports HR functions across benefits, recruitment, onboarding, relations, and compliance, partnering with the HR Business Partner for designated locations.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years HR experience, proficiency with Workday and ADP, and strong data analysis skills. Travel and extended hours may be required; a high school diploma with a relevant degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or a related field preferred.
• 3+ years of progressive HR experience.
• Willingness to travel and work extended hours during heavy workload periods.
• Demonstrated experience with Workday and ADP systems.
• Strong numerical skills with data analysis and reporting experience.
• Open communication style that builds relationships at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Acts as direct contact for work groups as assigned.
• Administers HR plans, procedures, and policy development.
• Supports recruitment efforts, interviews, and new hire onboarding.
• Manages benefits administration and communication of benefits information.
• Maintains HR data, Job Descriptions, and compliance-related records.
• Ensures HR policies compliance at branch/site locations.
