Job summary

Muncie Power Products is seeking a Human Resources Generalist in Muncie, IN to partner with leaders, manage employee relations, and ensure HR compliance. This role supports orientation, performance processes, data integrity, and HR audits while maintaining confidentiality.

The right candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, 3+ years HR experience, and strong knowledge of employment laws, with proficiency in MS Office 365. On-site, with standard weekday hours.

Qualifications
