Job summary

CTS Corporation seeks an HR Generalist at our Albuquerque location to act as a trusted partner for employees and leaders. You will manage onboarding, payroll coordination, HRIS data entry, records maintenance, and policy interpretation to ensure a compliant, engaging workplace.

Key responsibilities include handling end-to-end onboarding, employee lifecycle events, and confidential records while supporting data-driven workforce insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent HR experience.
• 3–5 years progressive HR experience across multiple disciplines.
• Manufacturing HR experience strongly preferred.
• Proficiency with HRIS and payroll systems; Excel skills a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end onboarding, including screening, documentation, HRIS entry, and new-hire follow-up.
• Coordinate employee lifecycle events: hires, transfers, promotions, separations.
• Maintain confidential personnel and payroll records in compliance with policies.
• Process HR data transactions and audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Support employee relations matters, investigations, and policy interpretation for leaders.
