Job summary

CTS Corporation in Albuquerque, NM seeks an experienced Human Resources Generalist to partner with site leadership, manage onboarding, payroll, HRIS data, and compliance. You will handle employee relations, staffing, performance management, and reporting to support a high‑performing workplace.

Required: 3–5 years of HR experience, knowledge of employment laws, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS/payroll systems. Fluency in English; Spanish helpful.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent education/experience considered.
• 3–5 years of progressive HR experience across multiple disciplines.
• Knowledge of employment laws and ability to escalate concerns.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with HRIS and payroll systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end onboarding, including screening, HRIS entry, and orientation.
• Coordinate hires, transfers, promotions, and separations.
• Maintain confidential personnel and payroll records.
• Conduct HR data audits and resolve discrepancies with leaders.
• Coordinate bi-weekly payroll processing and time data reviews.
• Interpret policies and respond to employee questions; escalate when needed.
• Partner on performance management, coaching, and training initiatives.
• Lead recruitment for openings and coordinate with staffing partners.
• Prepare HR reports and workforce insights for decisions.
• Support employee engagement and site events to strengthen culture.
